Requirements :

– Experience working 1+ years in IT as a Lead Generation Specialist.

– Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, AngelList, Crunchbase, TechCrunch, Xsing, Xray etc.

– Maintain database (HubSpot), work with tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Reply.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, E-mail campaign etc.).

– Work with Google documents/sheets/presentations.

– Strong understanding of various lead generation techniques, including inbound and outbound strategies.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize lead generation performance.

– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

– Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully generating high-quality leads.

– Excellent custom cover letter writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to individual Upwork job posts and client needs.

– Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least) or Advanced.

Responsibilities:

– Research and identify potential leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Upwork, industry directories, and online databases.

– Manage cold emails / LinkedIn campaigns through automation tools.

– Writing custom cover letters and outreach messages that effectively communicate our value proposition to each Upwork job post.

– Collect potential prospects and their contact information by using lead-generation tools.

– Establishing the initial contact with potential clients.

– Work with the Marketing and Sales team to develop new strategies and approaches Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of different lead generation channels and strategies.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales.
